Matheesha Pathirana was the best bowler for CSK, but Deepak Chahar was 2 for 18 in three overs after eliminating Rohit Sharma and Ishan Kishan in the same over. Pathirana, who is famous for bowling like Lasith Malinga, took wickets of Nehal Wadhera, Arshad Khan, and Tristan Stubbs to keep MI from scoring a lot.
